the jacuzzi bath was certainly a highlight. the tv was a good size, and its adjustable wall mount was very helpful. check-in was quick and smooth.. no complications. i found the value for money quite really good.
the walls are somewhat thin, as i could hear other guests using the jacuzzi late at night, a minor inconvenience though.

Inconsistent Experience. Some Issues Present
hot waterfaulty bath
The room I was initially given had no hot water. I had to wait until the next day to move to a new room. That meant I couldn't use the bath the first day. The bubbles in the replacement room's bath also didn't work. The hotel offered no compensation or apology for these problems. This was quite frustrating.

I found the check-in process very straightforward and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. i particularly enjoyed the hot tub in the room, taking advantage of it immediately upon arrival. the hotel's location is in one of my favourite sections. It's beautiful.
during my stay, i noted a need for some maintenance. specifically, there was a water leak under the sink. i hope this gets addressed to prevent any further inconvenience.

i received a room that had not been cleaned upon arrival. this issue was corrected quickly through whatsapp. the hot tub was not fit for use. the jets pointed outside the bath initially.

I was charmed by the jacuzzi & the king size bed, the tv worked well with the olympics! it was in a nice section of town, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. the regular bus service was convienent if i didn't want to walk. i felt i secured a really reasonable price.
the key pad entry to the room took a while to respond! and the bathroom was rather tiny.
